Dental enamel strengthening

If you want to strengthen your enamel, there are some steps you can take to contribute to this. Having strong teeth is just as important as strong bones and tooth enamel.

The enamel on your teeth must be strong and healthy in order to protect the inner layers of the teeth from bacteria, acid and tooth decay. Your diet can strengthen your teeth and prevent enamel erosion for the first time. Teeth may look white, bright, and healthy, but weak enamel can destroy oral health. The color of your smile does not have to be determined by the weak enamel.

Once the enamel is gone, you can’t do much about it. Enamel can be weakened by disease, genetics and, of course, poor oral hygiene habits. Too much cleaning will eventually break down the enamel on your teeth as well. Your bones contain regenerative cells, but the enamel on your teeth does not contain them. It is important to keep your teeth healthy and strong if you want to stop erosion.

Removing minerals from foods, drinks, and fermented carbohydrates found in breakfast cereals, crackers, bread, bananas, soft drinks, candy, biscuits and other starchy foods make harmful and dangerous acids on your teeth. When combined with bacteria, these acids will begin to break down the enamel. This purification literally removes the minerals produced naturally in the enamel. In other words, highly processed foods and sweet sweets will remove enamel over a period of time

So brushing twice and flossing teeth once a day is normal if you want to strengthen your teeth. Be careful not to use the brush too hard and always brush it at a 45 degree angle with a soft toothbrush and in short and light strokes. Brush your teeth for at least two minutes and do not forget your tongue, because bacteria like to stay in places where toothbrushes are missing. The saliva they produce after brushing can also contribute to the removal of minerals because it contains proteins and minerals that protect the enamel on your teeth. Saliva constantly wash germs on your teeth.
