Dental enamel strengthening
The enamel on your teeth must be strong and healthy in order to protect the inner layers of the teeth from bacteria, acid and tooth decay. So brushing twice and flossing teeth once a day is normal if you want to strengthen your teeth. Be careful not to use the brush too hard and always brush it at a 45 degree angle with a soft toothbrush and in short and light strokes. Brush your teeth for at least two minutes and do not forget your tongue, because bacteria like to stay in places where toothbrushes are missing. The saliva they produce after brushing can also contribute to the removal of minerals because it contains proteins and minerals that protect the enamel on your teeth.
